12/14/13 I went there for the 1st time and they either stole or put my floor mat on my drivers side in someone elses vehicle. This is a leased car so I will have to pay to replace it. When I spoke with KEN he was very rude and didnt give a crap. The car was was a joke it still was dirty and I would never recormmend this car wash.
