We have had very good experiences with About Floors n More. The selection is good, and the staff is very friendly. We've used them three times so far; we ordered three of the same exact rug for our home. We did have an issue with one of the carpet paddings that they sold us. It was not cut very straight, and it was larger than the carpet. We found a way to cut it ourselves, but they did offer to alter it for us, which was nice. We have not had any other problems with them since.
Overall, they have good customer service, and the people are nice to work with. We would recommend them.
