It was a HUGE embarrassment when the binding on my books fell apart during a book signing. I had a line waiting to purchase my book and every copy I pulled out of the box instantly fell apart.\r

The company was very apologetic and fixed their errors by re-printing the books. Even with the reprint, however, the binding is VERY weak and scratches VERY easily.\r

Learned a lesson not to go through this company for books ever again. Don't take your chance with them.
