I emailed Jacob and requested a inspection be done. He then promptly replied that it may take up to 14 days. I actually thought it would take longer but he really impressed me when I was emailed the results in 5 days. He kept me very well informed and asked me if there was anything specific that I was interested in him looking at. Overall a great employee and person to work with!
