Few dealerships own up to their brand when everything goes wrong. My 2010 GTI was having constant issues and finally the drive train failed after just 42k miles out of warranty. I have to commend Southern States with their professional approach in resolving the engine issues and their willingness to work with me and get the car covered under the 100k mile drive train warranty by Volkswagen. Southern States not only helped me and saved my vehicle and saved me from thousands of dollars of repair damage, but their customer service has been top notch and helped me out along the way. I have never encountered better service anywhere. \r
Southern States provided me a loaner vehicle to get myself around while they worked on my vehicle and have gone above and beyond to make things right. I only hope that any new car myself or any of my family members purchase in the future; comes with this level of service and more importantly they live up to their brand 101%.
