Tri-star notified me by email it was time for regular maintenance. My maintenance light had come on, so I was already making plans to have my vehicle serviced. I was able to make an appointment by email, which was great. The car was ready by 10 AM on the day of the appointment and I was notified by a friendly call. Tri-star picked up my wife at home so she could get the car. That is what i call efficient service.
