Called and had a technician out to our house within 2 hours. Was very thorough, had great explanation, and did everything he could to answer questions/save us money. I was very pleased with the work he did including his clean up when he was done. I would highly suggest Roto Rooter and have found a technician that I will request should I ever need to use them again!
