Aspen Auto Clinic on Tutt are true professionals. Everyone who answered the phone knew about my car and who was handling it (office assistant and tech). They kept me informed every step and made every accommodation for my schedule. All work was done quickly and some even early than expected! They also provide the best warranty for a remanufactured transmission (3yr/100K). They have a good AAA discount and even let us combine it with a $20 gift card they had sent. Honestly, they couldn't have done better. Supremely impressed with them.
This sounds like a fake review or one I would normally blow off as it's praise is too high but I'm a real human that had a large car issue (radiator and transmission swap) and they really did provide great work and service.
The only possible negative I can think of is that I could probably have saved on labor by going with a small shop. But my experience has been that they can take too long to fix your vehicle and not make your car a top priority if you need it to be. In a dual income house with kids I'll pay extra for a guaranteed time table.
