on moving day the scheduled movers were to arrive between 8-9, at 9:03 a.m. my husband called and opps! a mix up and doubtful they could get us a crew. after 21 phone calls we hit Giant Monkey....not only did they have the crew they committed to, they arrived in 90 minutes, executed a packing job that left my husband in awe and he loaded aircraft for 30+years, and said he could have not achieved what they did. The team was incredibly professional, efficient and pleasant to work with given our stress level they were a complete blessing!!!!!!!! and the movers who didn't show.....one of the highly regarded family owned companies in Temecula....the review for them is not positive! Thanks Giant Monkey, happy to write this review and happy to recommend you over any "traditional mover" to family and friends!!!!
