High amounts of mice droppings all over my items. I had colonies of geckos living in boxes. The mice droppings were so bad that I had to pay my movers extra to handle the items. The items had to be quarantined until they were disinfected. Four seasons told me this was normal and that it was in my contract (I have had many storage units and this was not normal). They were not concerned about my items or resolving the issue. I'm sure the luxury hotel Four Seasons love that this place is tainting their name. The owner should change the name to Mickey Mouse Storage.
