Don't go there!!! They ruined a 1880 year old pocket watch 4 generations in my family 2 continents , First they lost a gold handle then told me ohh no it was missing when we got it not true have pictures to prove it, then the owner says ohh yes I do remember the gold handle the repair guy missed placed it than told me it could not be replaced the gold handle so now he has to add 3 brown handle witch changed the look of it, finally got it back paid $315 got home pulled it out of my pocket notice the small hand came out, I called them she told me I should never put it in my pocked... really its a pocket watch bring it back to get it fix but would recommend if its a valuable item DO NOT BRING IT THERE!!! at any time they apologized of what they did and or discount it.They have ruined this watch that has been in my family for 130 years, shame on you.....
