Overall: Ran by passive teenage/young adult girls who don't seem to care too much about the animals and ignore customers as they come through the door, pass through an aisle, etc. Now, I'm not the shopper who appreciates a hovering employee to cater to my every need. However, acknowledgement is common courtesy in retail. The shop isn't filthy, but it could be kept cleaner. In comparison to Petsmart/Petco, this place is a mess.\r
Now, my main complaint: Lack of Rabbit Care. \r
I've NEVER seen hay in the rabbit habitats; hay is a part of their diet that should always be in supply. On top of that, they sell sick rabbits.\r
