There was a snag in the latest job but I'm sure everything will be handled correctly. I've used them before and they did an excellent job and fixed up the second floor room that was in bad shape but I had already rented. He came in at the eleventh hour, immediately came over and had it done before the guy moved in. I was extremely impressed and I'm sure he'll do another great job.
