I took my truck to get services on Monday to find out what was wrong with it. They find the problem but I had a problem with the pads they put on in Sept. last year. I have complain about it 4 time about the brake making noise. They promise the noise would stop but it never did. Now they want to charge me again to put on new pads and to turned them. I told them I wasn't going to replace something that I been complaining about since Sept. The services manage is so ruled and mean. I couldn't believe they wouldn't fix it because my warranty has end. They wouldn't even check them when I complain.( Really, after all the time I complained.) I been going to this dealership for 5 years almost 6. They always took good care of me. Now ,I guess they got too big to care about customers. I will never buy another Dodge or recommend them to anymore of my friends.
