I’ve always had top notch experiences at Magnussen’s in Fremont, but I don’t live in the immediate area and the only reason I go back each time (I’m on my third Lexus) is because of Chris Lin. Chris always goes above & beyond to be sure he gets you the best deal. He genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. My last purchase he personally delivered to me at my home. I’ve emailed him with questions at night, on his day’s off … doesn’t matter, he always responds quickly and pleasantly. I’ll never buy a car other than a Lexus and I won't buy from anyone else but Chris.
