Took my vehicle to them October 15th for a transmission rebuild. Did not receive my car back until 11/6/13 and then I had to call them to see if it was finally ready. No discount given to me even though I paid out over 670.00 for a rental car during this time and I've spent a good bit of money with them in the last few years with my cars. A "sorry" is fine but a discount for my trouble and inconvenience or at least a voucher for a free oil change would have said "we appreciate you as a repeat customer". I could have taken my car anywhere but I chose to take it back to S&S and that kind of loyalty should deserve more than "I'm sorry we kept your car for 2.5 more weeks than we originally said". The people that work at S&S are good people and I believe honest people but I'm disappointed in the time frame that my last 2 visits have taken.
