Your service writers are friendly and listen to this old man like I knew what I'm talking about, then they tell me nicely what they can do for me to fix my vehicle, not like the ford folks do, they make me feel like a real idiot for buying one of their vehicles. Then there is your young Ladies that work on getting me a loaner vehicle, they have never failed getting me a nice vehicle. All in all I'd say that youall need to change your name to "Texas Green" because youall make me feel like I'm back in Texas where people are friendly.
