In March this year I came in to Brackens because the tires on my 4 Runner we unbalanced as well as to have the battery connection checked. You checked over of the battery and clamps, tightened connections better and I was sent on my way. About 20 mins. Later my 4 Runner failed in the drive thru lane of Kneaders Bakery. A Kneaders employees called you and you came out with a tow back, checked things out and loaded up the vehicle. Long story short you saved the day by taking it back to your shop and finding the problem all at no charge. I can’t thank you enough for your help and generosity. What goes around comes around, I’ll be back.
