Both Mike Letcher and BJ have treated me very well. They have been up front and EXTREMELY fair with the repair bills. I looked up the price of parts if I were to do the repairs myself and found I could not buy the parts for the price they were able to buy and install. The workmanship is very good and my car (BMW 745i) runs terrific after they complete the work.\r
