The most terrible service that I've ever received from a business. I purchased over 6000 dollars worth of flooring from Factory Direct flooring and they did the install at my home. This was only 1 year ago and the carpet is already pulling off of the sides of the wall and the seams are coming apart. I asked them to come and fix it and they sent one of their reps. The guy told me that the people that installed the carpet did a terrible job and they would send someone to fix it. That was over 4 months ago and they still haven't sent someone to fix their mistake. DO NOT BUY FACTORY DIRECT FLOORINGS PRODUCTS OR SERVICE!!!!!! you will be very sorry if you do!!!!
