We have taken three of our cars to have work done at Little Red's Automotive Collision. The shop is close to where we live, so it's also been very convenient. This is the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with. They are really honest and courteous guys.
They made all of our experiences really easy by handling everything with our insurance for us. Their communication is great. The guy called us with updates more than we had to call him asking for follow-ups. They took care of our cars beautifully. They even got rid of scratches that had nothing to do with the accidents. They went above and beyond for us.
It's been a great experience. We always recommend them, and we will continue to do so.
