Rude and unprofessional. I was barked at by the owner for agreeing to pay a small service fee on a small debit transaction. The fee was perfectly reasonable and I AGREED TO PAY IT!!! I ran out of cash and wanted to buy a small ring for my son, after being told rudely that small transactions should be made in cash I made him put the ring back and we left. I live here, I work in retail in the neighborhood, and I know that if you treat people like this in this community which has so many great options you will simply become irrelevant and go away. Shop somewhere else, and enjoy our neighborhood, this person is not a good representation of who we are as a community.
