They recently had a major rat infestation; many of my things were destroyed- chewed on, rat droppings everywhere. To make matters worse; they did make an effort to combat the problem so I found two poisoned rats decomposing in my unit just a couple of weeks after I complained initially. If you look around you can see many of the rat boxes around the units. The did not reimburse me because I did not purchase insurance. Who knew they would do such a poor job of protecting my things.
