They are fast and friendly. My only complaint is that my clerk told me that they would waive the fee for rotating my tires because I was a good customer, even though that was included in the price of buying the tires there. When I pressed him on that, he agreed that my purchase did include that service rather than being a bonus. I dislike that kind of salesmanship.
