Brand new car bought in May 2013 from Hyundai of Metairie. Wouldn't start up for about 48 hours, so I had it towed to them. It took them 2 days for them to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car, but that it was starting fine for them. Okay, geniuses. Anyway, I asked to have my oil changed while the car was there. The dealership did not offer me transportation or the free car wash as was promised in several mail-outs.
