We have used Salem Autobody & Paintworks Inc. three times now. We have used them for personal (out of pocket) needs as well as insurance claims. We have dealt with the same exact person each time, which has been wonderful. He knows us, and we know him. The communication is very good.
They never give us any problems. They make the scheduling process very simple for us. Their work is great. On one occasion just six months after they repaired our minivan, the sliding door began to give us issues. We brought it back to them, and they made the necessary adjustments at no additional cost. It's been an excellent experience. They stay within budget, and they complete work on time. We love going there because they do things RIGHT.
