Had an oil change today. \r
Appointment was made online.\r
Appointment time was honored. \r
The store did not have the correct filter for my car. \r
They did have one delivered but this added to the 2 hour service appointment.\r
I was of the understanding that they check and fill all fluids.\r
My washer tank was empty when I arrived and empty when I left.\r
Overall the value was good because of a mail in rebate.\r
But 2 hours for an oil change I found to be to long, no fluid fill was not acceptable either.
