Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere. Took them 7 months of phone calls and letters with no response from them to get the extended warranty papers to me I paid extra for when I bot the Kitchen Aid fridge. Problems with the ice maker and frdige reported in August 2013 did not get completed until Nov 2013 with them never answering any emails or a call telling me why they could not get the warranty service work done. The tech agent said Anaco never answered any of his calls and never got the parts to him. I paid a guy who got the parts in two days and fixed it in one out of my own pocket and now have to go after Whirlpool to get the money back. This group is pathetically non customer service. Buyer beware! more
