I learned about this company through the positive experiences of my neighbors. They were right - many thanks to Ben Pollard of Ben Franklin for the professional service. He called me and asked if it would be OK to arrive two hours ahead of the scheduled appointment (past experience with other companies usually meant that I'd usually spend most the day waiting). Ben was very respectful and helpful, and right away he understood (and help me understand) the several issues affecting the badly fluctuating water pressure in my home. He explain it all, including my options. Knowledge and professionalism builds trust, and I felt very comfortable with Ben proceeding with his recommended repairs. I also appreciated Ben Franklin's up-front pricing; there were no surprises and, though I'm no plumbing expert, it looks like I got very good quality in return. In the future, I won't hesitate at all to call Ben Pollard of Ben Franklin for my plumbing repairs (or even a few upgrades that I have in mind).
