I was in Brookdale Honda for oil change. I used the express lane. The service provided by Lucas was exceptional. He explained basically every detail, which required my attention, what to fix right now or can be delayed. Like to mention free car wash anytime you go for a service. Waiting room was awesome. TVs/monitors/Wifi/Newspapers, so many stuff for customers to feel comfortable. Yes, like to mention too free cookies, free hot/cold drinks! Excellent place to spend your time. Thanks Brookdale Honda!
