We just had Bill here for the second time (different calls) and he is a wonderful plumber and very personable person. Bill did a major job of replacing our valves and holding tank. He is a diligent worker and made sure that we understood the process of completing this job (i.e. lack of water). He also was very thorough in checking everything prior to leaving. We appreciate his professionalism.
