Really disappointing. Bought 6 laser treatments and got no results. Also, they never told me about numbing cream. I found out from a friend who went to another place at session 3. I am fair with dark hair and yes, I followed directions I told the beginning on session 3 that it doesn't seem to be working. The hair grew slower but never fell out after 6 sessions. Kept getting the run around. Then a hard sell to buy more. Then was told i""it must be hormones or something"".\r
I decided to switch to another spa that a friend went to. She is hair free after 3 sessions. I am now on my third and the hair is not growing back. I will continue the last three to make sure it is complete . Guess it wasn't me after all.\r
