Worst utility ever. Every time I call they are always blaming everything on the city. I never had any problems with Trashco service in Portland. Now they're saying they won't start service for my new tenants because the old ones owe $46. I've never missed a payment on any rental in my life and they're going to deny starting service on new tenants who have nothing to do with the old ones instead of just tacking it onto the first bill. What a royal pain in the A. Everytime I call these people I end up frustrated. It's garbage folks, you pick it up. It's not brain surgery.\r

Portland needs to wake up and fix this.
