I have been taking my car to the Herndon Hogan & Sons since I bought it new in 2006. They are the only people I trust with my car and they have always had the best of customer service and exemplary work. The customer service people are nice, courteous and helpful. The manager of the mechanics calls me whenever they find something wrong with the car I didn't expect and takes the time to explain what is wrong and whether or not I need to fix it immediately or can wait.
