Made an appt and dropped my car off at 7 am, car not done until 5pm, was a little disappointed in service was told that my car would be done at noon what if I would have spent my lunch break coming to get my car and then what??? , don't ever feel like they remember who I am even when I make an appointment. I understand they have a lot customers but I always feel like a stranger that should just go to another place. Very disappointing service.
