I can't say that my total experience was a five. Despite the fact that the staff did their jobs well at iStorage of Priceville, I was a little disgusted when I got a truck for the move-out process and found that it didn't have AC in it. I was still charged just as I would have been if it did have AC, so that kind of bothered me. I also went over the gas limit and was not reimbursed. Other than that, though, everything was fine. I felt that they were good about answering any questions or issues.
