Great work by the body shop - BUT - really poor customer service. Recently had Zeck Body Shop complete a significant repair to my SUV's front end. Work looked great and I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, later there were some issues with the work and when I attempted to address them with the Body Shop I was told that not only was the problem not attributable to Zeck but that I was completely wrong about the issue. There was absolutely zero interest in seriously considering my concerns; further discussion with the Body Shop manager initially resulted in the same answer from them - could not be there fault I was wrong about the issue. After significant explanations the management finally agreed that it was possible that they had made the mistake and that they would replace the damaged part. Unfortunately this came after nearly 40 minutes of conversation. I feel quite sorry that my initial very positive impression of Zeck has been completely changed - quite disappointed in their approach to customer service.\r
