The owner was very rude. I was recommended by Ryobi for WARRANTY work. When I told Art over the phone the symptoms of the bower Art informed me there was an issue with the series of blowers I owned. never did he suggest a spark plug. I only brought in because of what I described and under the impression this was an ongoing issue. One day later they called me to say the unit was fixed and that I owed them $52 for gas and a spark plug and not covered under warranty which is what I brought it in for. When I informed him I did not like that he did not call me first (and said it is like taking your car in for an estimate and the repair being done without talking to me first) and I could have changed a plug he yelled at me and hung up. I am very disappointed in his attitude and tactic. he knew I brought in for warranty work as unit was 5 months old! Will not use again.
