2013 Soul transmission slipping. work was done quickly and apparently (so far) well. But I had questions and the person who assisted me at desk was NOT open to talking to me...so I'm sort of in the dark as to what happened/why/how/anything..he turned away from me when I dropped it off and when I picked it up picked up the phone as I was asking a question. Needs a better bedside manner for sure!
