I have had a couple issues with my appt not being written in their appt. Book. I live 100 miles away so its not OK for that kind of mistake. They still fit me in however. The next time I booked it 2 1/2 months in advance ( hard with my schedule/ service hours and distance from my home). So I called to reconfirm. Not there! 2nd time was on there but they tried to talk me into another date because it was a Saturday... No! I planned it very far in advance for this reason... Then to find out I was told to come in at 7 am... Early as possible... But the person who would be working on my car wouldn't even be in till 9! That would have been a very big problem as well! Not very confident with people making spots. Overall the service work has been OK.
