Found a super cute Urban Expressions hand bag that was priced at $42.00. When I was looking it over I found the original TJ Maxx tags in a zipper pocket. Their price was $39.99. I did ask for a price reduction but the sales person would only go down to the TJ Maxx price of $39.99. My recommendation, buy new from TJ Maxx. I walked away.
