Terrible organization! You cannot trust these people. They do not do what they say they're going to do, they don't return phonecalls, they take advantage of the elderly by taking their money and never completing the job, leaving elderly people helpless to act. I don't know who you are who had good service, but believe me, you were very lucky. Service to the elderly is a sure sign of professionalism. These people have none. They're young and in my estimation ruthless in their treatment of people who are vulnerable.\r
