My son and I have a unit with Bend Mini Storage and I have been treated rudely by them twice. Today Mary called me and accused my son and I of leaving a box of dishes outside the unit yesterday when in face my son was moving an elderly man into his unit and used our code because the man was struggling. When I explained situation and told her it was not us she got upset and hung up on me!!! I was shocked that a business would do such a thing. Because we are kind, local people I am having my son pick up the box and discard it. We will be moving out right away and will never go back or recommend them again.
