Great. All of this work took place over a span of about 3 months due to timing of stucco repair in between phases. After the work was completed, there was still a minor leak onto the front porch during heavy rain, but they came out soon after and found the problem, which was a simple piece of step flashing that had gotten cut back during the decorative trim process. \r

-All workers are employees of the company and not sub-contracted out. \r
-Workers were friendly and took time to explain to us every step and work through some of the un-forseen problems that old houses tend to bring up. \r
-End result is an old house that looks new. No more leaky gutters, clogged down spouts, or ugly aluminum siding that does not belong on a craftsman style bungalow. \r
