My divorce mediation with larry was absolutely terrible. In short, my ex and I cannot communicate or agree. because of the way he wrote the agreement, forcing us to agree with him because he charges WAY too much, our agreement is awful. All of the language of Joint parenting and decide together did not work when we were married, and especially does not work now that we are divorced. He messed up on the child support form, and i have been paying too much because he did not verify any of the amounts or numbers that my ex and i gave him as a gross monthly. As well, the amounts he wrote in the agreement language, is not in accord with the numbers on the child support form, or with the financial disclosures. Lastly, the way he wrote the agreement was terrible because he is so intent on each one getting what they want, that each clause in the agreement contradicts the one before it. All of this makes for an agreement that has no spine or direction after you leave his office and pay out the nose.
