To whom it may concern: I would like to COMMEND Christa and Nathan for setting the standard in customer service and service call request and completion. Christa received my request from American Home Shield (AHS) and promptly called me and made an appointment to have my cooling and heating units serviced (1st time serviced). I'm a new customer with AHS and it's very hard to trust people in and around your home. Christa reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that all staff with Carolina Air are very professional. SHE'S RIGHT!! :-) Today (1/10/2013); Nathan, the service person came to my home at 1169 Andrews Court, Creedmoor, NC 27522 and took very good care of me and my family by servicing my heating and cooling systems to the Task, Conditions, and Standard! He is a professional and is very knowledgeable about his job and treats the customer with Dignity, Respect, Care, and Concern. I would like to pass these compliments to their higher headquarters, because they deserve to be recognized and commended for a job well done. These two employees are "True Professionals"!! Any company or franchise would desire to have them, and prosper with them on their team! Thank you Carolina Air, Christa, and Nathan for taking care of my family and me. God Bless!
