Sorry folks,I am an Aqua customer in NC also.The only way we can effect a change in this problem with Aqua is to eliminate the crooks in the NC Utilities Commission! They work hand in hand,believe me when I tell you.Complaining TO Aqua ABOUT Aqua is like talking to a ""Mom"" about her ""baby boy"" ! and asking her to spank him ! We need to get with the NC Legislature on this ,along with the DHR ! We can work better that way. Notice that Aqua only can control places outside of city limits.Inside city limits,the Mayor helps the public.Counties,like us,have no one to help! We need to get busy on this,because Aqua is taking us to hell with their greed.
