When I placed the order, I worked with Deborah, was always the friendliest, most professional DirectBuy staff member that I encountered during my several visits of the Sarasota showroom. When taking orders, she confirmed the delivery dates for each item individually as a cautionary measure. We thought everything was good to go. HON, however, did not live up to the promised delivery dates. The resulting delays caused her to follow up and communicate changes and check on the status to ensure our anticipated delivery.\r

While I was extremely frustrated with HON not delivering on its promises, I was very impressed with Deborah's tenaciousness and constant follow-up. It helped a lot to know I had someone in my corner. It was as if she was as responsible as I was getting the call center furnished. The final result was the delivery was made the day before the visit, and we were able to complete the HON installation within 18 hours of the VIP visit. The call center is beautiful, and I am sure we couldn't have pulled it off without Deborah's help. Your organization is lucky to have someone like her working for you.
