Dealing with the ""school"" has been a joke. My daughter is out right now driving with her dad to her lesson and she has called me three times because though her appointment was at 7:00 a.m., there is no one at either location; Peabody or Danvers! I've left messages but of course there's no one there and there's no one getting back to me. Over this past summer, while she was trying to finish up her hours, i left countless messages asking for a call so i could finish booking her appointment times. My first phone call to them was in June and they got back to me in the middle of July!!!! I called at least a dozen times with no one calling me back. When the finally did and I expressed how angry i was there, their response was ""oh, really, i'm sorry. I refused to let them off the phone until we had every last appointment booked. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else other than Tanners!!!!
