Respectful, professional, knowledgeable, thorough,
personable, friendly, explained everything, asked several times if we had any questions as the work progressed and upon completion, cleaned up after all the work was finished. At the end explained all the work which had been done and thoroughly explained the final charges.
VERY pleased !! Will ask for Arnold next time !!
